11th of January 2023 - Bruno Bertelli has been named Jury President of the Film Lions category for the 70th edition of the Cannes Lions Festival that will take place in Cannes from 19th to 23rd of June. The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has championed creative excellence and has driven progress since 1954, becoming the world's most respected benchmark for creative greatness. Every year it gathers international campaigns and more than 30,000 pieces of work, which is judged by world-class members of the global creative community. The Film Lions celebrate the creativity of the moving image and has very exacting standards when it comes to honouring vision. More than two thousand entries need to demonstrate brilliant brand storytelling intended for a screen; filmed content created for TV, cinema, online and out-of-home experiences. Every piece of work will be subjected to close examination and animated exchange of viewpoints and perspectives from the jury that Bruno Bertelli will lead. Bruno Bertelli was appointed Jury President of the Outdoor Lions back in 2017. He has been ranked by The Drum World Creative Ranking 2022 as the most awarded CCO in the world and currently holds the position of Global CEO of Le Pub, Global CCO of Publicis Worldwide and CCO of Publicis Groupe Italy.
