Clients Prime Video and Heineken dominated the 2023 Clio Sports Awards, winning 8 Grands among three campaigns. Each brand scooped 4 Metals with “Fresher Stats” and “Nobody Watches Women’s Football”, both created for Heineken, and “The Laundry Screen” campaign realized for Prime Video.

The Laundry Screen” earned 4 Awards including 1 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze. The Gold was awarded in the OOH medium in the Ambient category. The campaign also conquered 2 Silver in the Fan Engagement (Experiential) and Experiential (Events/Activation) media respectively, and 1 Bronze in Partnerships & Sponsorships (Brand).

Heineken’s “Fresher Stats” project took home 1 Gold Clio in Digital (Websites) and 1 Bronze in Creative Use of Data, while the “Nobody Watches Women’s Football” campaign got 1 Silver in OOH (Ambient) and 1 Bronze in Partnerships & Sponsorships (Brand).

The 2023 LIA winners have been announced and LePub collected 17 awards including 4 Gold, 5 Silver, and 8 Bronze.

The London International Awards (LIA) have announced the winners for the 2023 awards, and LePub has had a successful awards tally with a total of 17 honors. The agency’s performance was bolstered by 4 Gold, 5 Silver, and 8 Bronze.

 

Here’s a rundown of the award-winning campaigns. The BARILLA haul consisted of 1 Gold in the Transformative Business Impact category and 1 Bronze in Ambient & Activation for the ‘Passive Cooking’ campaign.

 

HEINEKEN “Bar Experience” project conquered 3 Gold (Ambient & Activation, Transformative Business Impact, and Creativity in B2B categories), 2 Silver (Transformative Business Impact, and Non-Traditional), and 2 Bronze (Integration and Non-traditional). “The Closer” campaign earned 1 Silver and 1 Bronze in Non-Traditional in addition to 1 Bronze in the Ambient & Activation category, and “The Office Cleaners” took home 1 Silver and 1 Bronze in the Integration category. The Heineken “Nobody watches women’s football” also got 1 Silver (Use of Social Media & Influencers) and 1 Bronze in Ambient & Activation, while the Heinekicks (created by LePub Italy, BBH & LePub Singapore) scooped 1 Bronze in Design.

The Golden Drum International Festival of Creativity 2023 has wrapped up with its Awards ceremony, where the juries’ granted 19 metals among which 4 Grand Prix, 5 Golden Drums, 6 Silver and 4 Bronze to LePub agency across various categories.

For the fourth year in a row, LePub has been awarded the title of ‘Agency of the Year’, contributing to its overall success through projects known and appreciated for reflecting great impact and being innovative in approaching cultural nuances. The winning campaigns were created for clients and brands including Barilla, Heineken, and Prime Video and were recognized across a wide range of categories.

Barilla Passive Cooking scooped 1 Grand Prix in the Creative Business Excellence section (Sustainable Business Solutions), 4 Silver in the Integrated, Engagement and Social Good categories, and 1 Bronze in the All Juries section for the Game Changer category.

Heineken The Office Cleaners got 1 Grand Prix in the Creative Media Excellence section (Use of Creative Idea) and 1 Gold in Creative Business Excellence (Brand Building). The Nobody watches Women’s Football campaign won 2 Grand Prix in One-Channel (OOH) and Creative Business Excellence (Activation) sections as well as 1 Gold in Omni-Channel (Sports, Pop Culture & Arts). The Heineken Bar Experience project took home 1 Gold in Social Good and 1 Silver in Sustainable Business Solutions. Heineken The Closer achieved 1 Gold in OOH (Ambient & Experiential) and 1 Bronze in the Omni-Channel section for the Integrated category; The Ghosted Bar gained 1 Silver in Film while the 150 years of good times campaign – celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Heineken brand – conquered 1 Bronze in the same section for the Film category.

The Laundry Screen campaign, which was created for Prime Video, also earned 1 Golden Drum in OOH and 1 Bronze in the Genius Loci/Local Spirit category.

The 70th International Festival of Creativity went to its end seeing Publicis Italy | LePub taking its tally to 22 Lions with Heineken® (1 Gold, 7 Silver, and 12 Bronze) and Barilla clients (2 Bronze). The Heineken® campaigns achieved an impressive 20 Lion wins, including 1 Gold, 7 Silver, and 12 Bronze. The Closer (by LePub Italy & LePub Netherlands) scored 1 Gold and 1 Silver in the Brand Experience & Activation category, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze Lions in Outdoor, as well as 2 Bronze in Direct and PR, respectively. As the 2023 Cannes Lions Awards approaches, Campaign UK looks at which agencies have performed strongly in the past five years.

Publicis Italy / LePub wins top placing in the overall ranking with 80 gongs from 2018 to 2022 with fashion label Diesel bringing in the most awards. Other brands that won for Publicis Italy / Le Pub include Heineken, pasta maker Barilla and fashion house Bottega Veneta.

The Clio Awards have announced their 2023 winners, and we are delighted to share that we added 5 new award trophies to our collection. This year our agency won 3 Silver and 2 Bronze with Heineken campaigns.

Bruno Bertelli announced as Film Lions Jury President for the 2023 Cannes Lions

11th of January 2023 – Bruno Bertelli has been named Jury President of the Film Lions category for the 70th edition of the Cannes Lions Festival that will take place in Cannes from 19th to 23rd of June.

The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has championed creative excellence and has driven progress since 1954, becoming the world’s most respected benchmark for creative greatness. Every year it gathers international campaigns and more than 30,000 pieces of work, which is judged by world-class members of the global creative community.

The Film Lions celebrate the creativity of the moving image and has very exacting standards when it comes to honouring vision. More than two thousand entries need to demonstrate brilliant brand storytelling intended for a screen; filmed content created for TV, cinema, online and out-of-home experiences. Every piece of work will be subjected to close examination and animated exchange of viewpoints and perspectives from the jury that Bruno Bertelli will lead.

Wrapping up an incredible run of awards successes, Publicis Italy / Le Pub has been named Agency of the Year by Eurobest, the benchmark for creative and effective branded communications. Since 1988 the Awards has set the bar for Europe’s creative communications industry by rewarding and celebrating the best work.

The agency conquered 3 Eurobest Grand Prix for The Night Is Young, The Virtual Heineken Silver and The Unwaisted Beer projects and was awarded 3 Gold, 4 Silver and 6 Bronze.
As well as winning 1 Grand Prix in Integrated, The Night Is Young campaign for Heineken also gained 1 Gold and 1 Silver in the Healthcare category, and 2 Bronze in Social & Influencers. The Virtual Heineken Silver campaign picked up 1 Grand Prix in the Social & Influencers category and collected 2 Gold in Brand Experience & Activation and Digital Craft categories as well as 2 Bronze in Social & Influencers and Integrated.

ADCI Awards 2022: Publicis Italy | Le Pub is named Best Agency of the Year collecting 1 Gran Prix and 12 Metals

The ADCI Awards – Italy’s most important award for creativity and quality in adv, which has rewarded the best campaigns for over 35 years – crowned Publicis Italy | Le Pub as Best Agency for 2022. Publicis Italy | Le Pub won 1 Grand Prix, 5 Gold, 3 Silver and 4 Bronze with Bottega Veneta, Netflix, Barilla and Heineken clients.

The Grand Prix is assigned to Bottega for Bottegas project that also earned 3 Gold in PR, Promo & Direct and Integrated categories, as well as 1 Bronze in Media.

Outstanding performance also for Netflix The Sound of Stories campaign that earned 1 Gold and 1 Silver in the Film category, along with 1 Silver in Social & Influencer. The agency took home also 1 Silver Award in Design for Netflix Andy campaign.

Amazing recognition went to Barilla Big Bang campaign that scooped 1 Gold and 1 Bronze in the Film Craft category, in addition to 1 Bronze in Film.
